| 16 September 2009 | SMS authentication added | | | Energy Fundamentals has today improved its services by adding SMS authentication as an option for the login process to its European Power System Data service.
Previously, login codes were sent by email. However due to the increasing difficulty of avoiding spam filters (even for such legitimate emails), we have chosen to add optional SMS authentication. Authentication by email will continue to be used in parallel.
Registered subscribers can opt to have the login code sent to their mobile phone by SMS. This provides near-instant delivery and further enhances the quality and reliability of our services.
